'Ello from Exeter

Pardon the bad pun about cockney accents, I couldn't help myself. But all the same, I have made it! And it only took 24 hours with assorted planes, trains, and automobiles- a marked improvement from the difficulty of this journey a century ago, right? Would not have minded missing the 3 hours on the tarmac because of mysterious parts failure at Chicago O'Hare, but so it goes. Exeter is beautiful and the countryside passed through to get here is suitably pastoral. Here's the bad news... I packed the wrong cable and therefore can not link my computer and camera and thus share my pictures... YET. This problem will be worked out as soon as I can manage it.
